  Autres details : We are a family of artisan bakers working mainly with sourdough bread and offering a range of viennoiseries.
  As we are growing, we are now looking for another baker to join our busy team of artisanal bakers here in Palma on the island of Mallorca... We currently have one bakeshop in Palma well known for the bread & the viennoiseries.
  
  The ideal candidate would have 5- 10 years of experience with good knowledge of the English Language & of course French ...& Is motivated and passionate about sourdough bread.
  
  Experience in bread making, mixing, moulding, scouring & baking is essential... Opportunity to grow and lead the team of bakers and assistants... Immediate start. Night shift work from midnight to 7:00 am
